Instructions
for the jam: > bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes and the mash the raspberries Let it cool down and you got delicious jam! > place one flatbread down, spread the jam in the centers (you’ll want to cut it to 4) and then brush around with egg wash > place another flatbread on top > cut into 4 and brush the edges with more egg wash > press down on the edges with a fork so that the filling doesn’t come out while baking > bake @350f for around 10 minutes > make an icing with powdered sugar + water > let it cool in the fridge and enjoy!View original recipe
