My hands down favvv cookie are these S’mores chewy cookies packed with so much crunch and flavor in each bite. They’re so good and come together in minutes! I love using Simple Mills Sweet Thins in these cookies for the perfect crunch and sweetness!

mix the melted coconut oil and coconut sugar together add in the almond butter, egg, vanilla and mix well mix in the dry ingredients crush Simple Mills Sweet Thins and mix them in mix in chocolate chips and marshmallows let it cool for 20 minutes scoop the dough into cookies and place them on a piece of parchment paper bake @350f for 10-12 minutes for ultra chewy cookies (leave them in longer for a less chewy texture) let it cool and enjoy!
